General Almorra Soulkeeper lost her warband during a branding event.  As a result she created the Vigil.  She along with several other leaders of various Orders helps create the Pact.

Kleia is a PVP thief, deadly and dangerous.  Also snarky and competitive.

Uni is a curious young kitty who is sort of in charge, you could call her a cat God (and she'd like that).  She's not very good at things like sarcasm, or irony though.  She tends to take things very literally, so be careful what you wish for, you never know if she's actually listening..

Nim Feral is one of the Guild Leaders of BLH.

Necrotono is the ninja Necromancer for BLH, no one is quite sure why he prefers to wear the ninja outfit but everyone just accepts it.

Asger Audun is a blind Norn Revenant whose echoes help him engage in "Fashion Wars".  If there is a new fashion item, Asger knows all about it.  He's also known for his combat skills, though he should probably stop arguing with his voices during his rotations.

Drooburt is a ghost commonly seen during Festivals around Central Tyria, he can be seen constantly begging for donations.  From candy corn to snowflakes to zhaitaffy,  Drooburt wants it all.  While there are Achievements for feeding this unfortunate soul, sometimes it's best not to feed the beast.
